I love artichokes in pretty much any form- roasted, grilled, marinated with pasta- but the way I like them most are baked into a cheesey dip mixed with spinach. This version from “Cravings” does not disappoint. This spin features shredded chicken but if you’re short on time, like I was when I made it, skip that step and just focus on the main ingredients.
